Banner 9 - TEST Intermittent Problems Connecting to Banner 9 - Test

Banner 9 - Test is experiencing intermittent outages where users will be unable to load the Banner 9 test instance. ITS technicians are currently investigating the problem and we will update this message as more information becomes available. Please note that this ONLY affects the Banner 9 - Test instance and not the production Banner 8 or 9 servers.
